I couldn't find a single photo of this dish anywhere online. This is the signature meal which anyone can buy in advance (£27ish I think?) and it is available on all flights which do NOT depart from Paris. The signature meal is different for each departure point and is a cold meal which includes the most interesting local ingredients. My flight was from La Reunion so included giant scallops carpaccio and a toothfish/mashed potato mix ("Gillette") topped with flying fish caviar. Snack was cheese (I don't like cheese so tried a bit and hated it) with fresh mango, followed by a delicious passion fruit cake. All very fresh and delicious.
