Chicken pesto sandwich with provolone cheese, cucumber and onion salad.

The flight was nearly an hour ahead of schedule, so f/a had to make an announcement to eat quickly. They barely were able to get the trays cleared and put away before the flight touched down. Chicken was moist on the sandwich, which is rare on an airplane.
