Salad: Lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes and almonds.
Main: Roasted chicken breast with olives and tomatoes, sweet couscous, and sugar snap peas (not pictured)
Dessert: Ice cream sundae

The new BusinessElite appetizers are great; I hope Delta starts bringing in new options for the main course, though. The chicken breast (an excellent Michelle Bernstein selection) is already in the database.
