Love that International Delta One Business Class meals out of ATL are inspired by local celebrity chef Linton Hopkins and that there is also a unique cocktail recommendation (Spring Sazerac) that I have never seen on Delta before and was quite tasty if but a bit on the sweet side. Also loved that all ingredients in this meal were locally sourced from area farms and artisans.
Starters: Local Pecans roasted in chili and sugar (Addictive!); Carrot, mint and pea soup; Regional charcuterie of smoked North Carolina trout with horseradish cream, golden beets and farrow; Salad of spring baby lettuce, shaved fennel and asparagus.
Main: Low Country Potage of Shrimp, Heirloom Grits and Bacon.
