Other: Perhaps one of the worst business class meals I've ever had on Delta. The best thing were the starter pecans. I could have eaten an entire bucket of those sweet/spicy nuggets. The Soup was just plain gross and tasted odd...I could not finish it. The Panzanella was made with stale bread which was so stale that it was rock hard and difficult to get through. Most of it was left on the plate. The pickled shrimp was slimy and was a bizarre contrast to the strips of pepperoni on the plate. It felt like a really cheap try at a picnic made with stuff you would find for sale at a gas station. The Chicken Perloo was a mistake. There is no way that it was made correctly because there is no one in their right mind that would have given that a pass out of a test kitchen. It was an odd dark color (but not black) and was soggy on the outside which made it very unpleasant from a textural standpoint. Very much like a rubber chicken. Finally, it was tasteless. I recommend avoiding this main entree option on this route.
