Not the best transcontinental business class meal I've ever had but also not the worst. The sparkling and white wine selections were awesome, the Bordeaux was mediocre. The shrimp course was flavorful and the soup was outstanding. Delta has done really well with adding soup to its meals in my opinion and I have had several over the last couple of years, none have disappointed. The salad was pretty standard. The tenderloin was disappointing-there was no sear and it was very well done. The bernaise and the risotto were excellent but the steak itself was a fail as was the quiche for breakfast (the entire plate of food was soggy, mushy and cool). Quiche is not something that can hold up to multiple hours of storage and be expected to warm up to a reasonable taste standard.
