warmed nuts, mini corn cakes with salmon, asparagus and pickled onion, cream of onion soup; fresh mesclun salad with sweet peppers, radishes and walnuts; grilled tenderloin of beef with peppercorn sauce, mashed sweet potatoes and sauteed spinach; selection of fine cheeses offered with fresh fruit; vanilla ice cream sundae or chocolate tart.

First off, there were no menus on board so FA handed out a xerox copy of a menu and a color copy of the galley set up instructions with pictures of each dish, so crew can serve properly. We were asked to pass them around. Different! Overall, meal was very good and flavorful. For some reason, the salad course was served on the tray with the appetizers. Pretty crowded. They trays were first introduced on DL domestic first along with the general beverage glasses. Hate them! My breakfast spun like a top. Also the lines and flatware feel cheap for Business class.
