Mixed baby greens salad with a mustard dressing, warm dinner roll w/butter, beef tenderloin with gravy, couscous, apple tort.

Very tasty meal coming out of San Jose. The tenderloin was very tender and flavorful. The salad was good and the apple tort was excellent. This meal was much better (sorry, no photo) than the meal from Atlanta to San Jose.
