A tasty and filling breakfast for this 4 hour flight.

Sparkling Wine in can

Plain egg omelet served with mushrooms, tomato with a dollop of ricotta cheese and 2 potato pancakes. The breakfast included fresh fruit salad and croissant with butter and orange marmalade. Snacks served after meal were potato chips and pistachios.

Other: Nice new first class seat on the A321 Neo but the seat needs more padding. First class service by the flight attendants was minimal and a big disappointment for a 4 hour first class flight.
