Ordered as the "Dine and Rest" option because of the late hour of the flight. With this option, all courses are delivered at once as a single service.
The menu for this flight featured food from Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois, Exec Chef of Blue Smoke. He celebrates the diverse culinary traditions of the American South and his hometown of Thibodaux. Louisiana.
My own opinion: This had to be one of the tastiest meals I have ever had on an airplane.
