This was Delta's "Delta One" domestic business class service. The pre-departure beverage was sparkling wine. In flight started with a small dish of warmed nuts with sparkling wine and coffee. Breakfast entree consisted of a bowl of fresh fruit (melon, pineapple, grapes and strawberry), a breakfast appetizer of smoked salmon with sliced cucumber and vegetable cream cheese. The breakfast entree was baked eggs with cheese, with crispy potatoes and sweetened bacon. I chose the warm croissant for my breakfast bread. A warmed chocolate chip cookie was served prior to landing.

Equipment: Nice Alessi service items were used in the service.   //   Other: The "Delta One" service by the lead flight attendant should have been more attentive. No Tumi amenity kit was offered. Only one pass of the snack basket was offered for the entire flight and no arrival chocolate was offered.
