Warmed nuts; Antipasto Misto - volpi mozzarella rotola, grilled zucchini, roasted yellow peppers and crustini with sun-dried tomato spread, lucca style olives, garlic and lemon mix with mixed greens and parmesan dip with warm bread,
Entree - pan seared spiced chicken breast in sherry vinegar sauce, braised potatoes, with fresh arugula.
Dessert - salted caramel gelato and 3 fine cheeses of prima donna, cambozola and robiola served with fruit and crackers.

Excellent Italian menu by Delta BusinessElite Transcontinental Chef Michael Chiarello. Excellent meal and excellent service.
