Dinner , Special meal: SFML
Short ribs w/ brown sauce. Wasabi infused mashed potatoes and braised carrots. Warm roll with butter. Mesclun greens with balsamic vinaigrette.

Not pictured: merlot

A really filling, hearty meal on the five hour ride to SLC. The other choice was a cheese pasta, but the short ribs sounded interesting. Very tender, but still cooked through and through. I really loved the wasabit infused potatoes, there was a really nice kick to it.
