Absolutely incredible! If I ever got this in a restaurant, I'd be really happy. I regret not asking for seconds!

Chicken with butter sauce, cilantro rice and green beans, Potato salad with peppers and tomato, lemon blondie. Roasted chicken marinated in yogurt and seasoning, served with rich creamy butter sauce, Cilantro rice: long grain rice tossed with roasted garlic and cilantro, Seasoned green beans with roasted ginger and garlic!

Equipment: I appreciate the simplicity of the dishware, although I wish they'd serve bread and butter.   //   Other: Props for the amazing crew on board! They made the flight a joy! Also, I was quite happy to experience "Poor Man's Business Class" since my entire row was empty and I was able to lay completely flat across 3 seats!
