The pre meal beverage was a club soda with lime. Lunch consisted of a salmon appetizer with a pineapple relish, the salad had shredded lettuce with radish and tomato with a balsamic dressing, the entree was beef filet with brown gravy with garlic mashed potatoes and snow peas and carrots with a warm wheat roll and butter. The dessert was a chocolate mousse cake. Red wine with lunch. The beef, vegetables and the mashed potatoes were overcooked but still ok to eat.

NO pre departure beverage (PDB) offered. Club soda for the pre meal beverage. Red wine with lunch.

Equipment: Nice Alessi service wear.   //   Other: No PDB was offered. This is a big minus to the service since there was plenty of time to serve the PDB and the aircraft was a 757 so coach passengers were not walking through the aisles. Overall this was a nice lunch and the service by the DL FA's was very good.
