2. Seared Ahi Tuna slices
3. Sweet chili dipping sauce
4. Roasted carrot and coriander soup
Main: Cold deli plate with herbed chicken breast and roast beef served medium rare, roasted peppers and a deviled egg. Accompanied by sweet mustard.
2009 Zalze Bush Vine Chenin Blanc
This is a consistent meal that I have had before and have not been disappointed. Comes out quick from the galley so you can get to sleep on the transatlantic flights sooner. They do a good job on this plate, tastes as good at altitude as it does on the ground and generally is good for those watching carbs. The wine pairing was quite nice with this too. Would definitely do this combo again.
