Compared to what UA was offering on the route at the time, I thought this was great and unexpected for an 11AM departure. Very tasty. Great service and I recall the wine put me to sleep for the last 2 hours of the trip.

Sprite, Red Wine

Snack basket with somewhat large chips bags and a drink service followed by a choice of a chicken salad or chicken sandwich and another drink service.
