Equipment: Really good presentation for Economy Class (International/intercontinental) - Delta starts with non-sparkling drinking water bottles issued at each occupied seat; a basket holds nicely molded, albeit plastic cutlery wrapped into a well-folded heavy-duty napkin and a paper ring holding it all together, also handed out individually.
