Prosciutto had been sitting out for many hours so it had dried out. Tasted OK though, but nowhere near as good as the similar starter out of Gatwick a couple of days before. Salad OK with dressing. Lamb had been cooked to death. Couscous wasn't bad, but I much prefer something tastier like simple potato thank you. This was a night flight and they were extraordinarily slow serving. I fell asleep before I could hit cheese & dessert and had one of the best night's sleep I've ever had on a flight, despite the really annoying PA announcement two hours before landing that breakfast was to be served. I fell asleep again and woke up 20 minutes before landing, missing breakfast - good job based on previous experiences of DL breakfast. This is surprising because the seats on DL are not that comfortable - I think I must've been recovering for the previous two days' excesses in Vegas.
