This flight offered a choice of three entree choices: Israeli couscous, Impossible Burger, or a salad with a cold chicken breast which was the only cold entree. I chose the chicken salad. The lunch itself was not bad but for first class, the service and offerings weren't really up to par. First, the only pre-departure drinks were a small bottle of water. The itinerary claimed that not only lunch, but we'd also receive snacks. No snacks were offered. The lunch itself was not that bad. The side of pineapple was a nice change from the usual fruit plates offered. The salad was tasty and contained interesting ingredients but was very bland. The blueberry cheesecake was very good.

Equipment: The china and flatware was standard for Delta.   //   Other: Since Delta was one of the first airlines to return to hot meals, it was a nice surprise to be offered three entrees. It was also nice to have such variety on a flight of only 1276 miles; other airlines would not offer three choices. It will be nice when pre-order is available. The Wi-Fi was better than on other airlines and the seatback screens are a nice change from flying other carriers. Our flight attendant Yolanda was pleasant but did not operate as a premium cabin crew member should. We were never addressed by name and she seemed to be in a hurry. While I understand the importance of rationing alcohol to avoid potential issues, she seemed a bit stingy with refills.
