(no drink)

Good start with their pre-flight champagne being a Veuve Clicquot. Being a brunch, there was a mixture of Western breakfasty things like the yoghurt and bread and jam and some more substantial luncheon type main courses, like the prawns. The salmon dish is a typical Japanese breakfast. I chose the salmon, which turned out pretty good. The fish was moist and flavourful and the rice was heated up just right. My wife had the prawns, which, if eaten in their restaurant would have been excellent, were not too good. The flavour was just missing. We did not try the other choices. I ordered the HK Style Milk Tea and it was not half bad. Not as strong as you would get on the ground.
