beef with mushrooms sauce, Roesti potatoes (typical Swiss), carrots, green beans. hot bread, Floralp butter, nut cake with Apricot sauce.

Water from the Netherlands, Red Wine : Gamay Romand, Sélection Edelweiss Air. Later tea and coffee.

Good but not enough. No starter. Cake was very small, not a lot of meat.
