First of all a welcome drink (choice between water, orange juice or champagne) and also the headsets and menu. After it the table was set for the meal service. As usual on this flight the meal would be serve plate by plate. First we had the salad and starter: salad bowl with radish, cucumber, carrots and bell pepper. Carpaccio from air-dried Grisons beef with Bernese origin hard cheese, celery and lemon honey vinaigrette. Bread was served along. After it was time for the main course. There were 3 options for the hot plate. My choice was for the fillet of beef with pepper crust, red wine sauce, roasted new potatoes, sugar-snap peas and cherry tomato. I took a coke with it. Then I had the cheese plate and the desserts: lemon thyme mousse with blueberry stew and cream caramel mousse.
