Appetizer – shrimp & hummus w/smoked salmon & mixed greens salad – lettuce, olive, cucumbers, artichoke hearts, green and yellow peppers with choice of Creamy French, Caesar or 1000 Island dressing, entrée choices of Grilled fillet of beet with mushroom sauce, potato gratin, and vegetables, Salmon in cream sauce with rice and vegetables or Grilled chicken breast with bordelaise sauce, tortellini & vegetables, assorted bread rolls, Laughing Cow’s cheese spread, and dessert – white & dark chocolate mousse cake and berries jam cake

Much better attempt at lunch, and a two course meal with three main course choices... I had the beef which was okay... the dessert was weak, but overall a nice lunch!
