White Rice w/eggplant, mushrooms, peas, carrots, and zucchini. Dinner roll Salad w/lettuce, tomato, olive, and pea/carrot in a mayo like sauce Cake dessert Happy Cow cheese wedge

Vegetables with rice tasted slimy and old. Salad was okay but should have not had a mayo sauce. Dessert was actually fairly good.
