Plain Omelet with grilled tomato, mushrooms and kidney beans

Hot tea with lemon

No choice and very disappointing one tray breakfast, and the omelet was tasteless and lacked seasoning. No meal component at all and it is like an economy class meal served using business class chinaware and glasses. Trying to stuff you with bread! Poor attempt!
