dinner - beef pasta, salad, cake, smth like a bagel, humus (can't have any meal in Israel without that)

water and tea

only bad thing may be that you can feel the kosher taste of the meat, which is different that regular meat. Other than that, food is great, very filling and there is a lot of it. I don't remember flying an airline where they give you so much food with a very good service.
