Salad-Smoked chicken with Mediterranean salad. Main course-1st option-Pan-fried snapper topped with a tangy three flavoured sauce, served with egg fried rice and stir-fried vegetables; 2nd option-Chicken topped with mushroom sauce, served with potato au gratin, sauteed carrot and zucchinis. Dessert-Chocolate sacher cake with raspberry coulis. Cheese, biscuits, bun, butter and chocolate.

7up, Apple juice and water.

Salad and Fish tasted ok. Chicken was much better. Bun was nice and warm. Cake was soft and creamy.
