Lunch - Smoked Salmon with stuffed vine leave and mommous; Salad with ginger vinaigrette, Beef Shashlik served in spicy paprika coulis incl. peppers, with green asparagus, carrot sclices and roasted potato wedges; Apple yoghu (Menu Card)

Whatever you like, I had a very good Cabernet (but I had to warm it up a bit, guys, red wine don't need to be chilled!!)
