dinner A selection of cold canapes, mild smoked fillet of salmon with a big shrimp and saffron mayonaise OR Arabic Mezze, Seasonal Salad with a choice of dressings, pan-fried tournados of beef, topped with a gooseliver slice, served in a mild chervil cream sauce, accompanied with turned vegetables and gratinated leek potatoes (and other 3 choices for main were available); Honey and Chocolate Cheescake served with vanilla sauce, cheesboard (not pictured), selection of seasonal fruits, chocolates

pre departure drink: Fleur de Champagne, Brut NV, Champagne- Cocktail, from the wine list: Australian Chardonnay (white) and Fench Medoc (red), futher: all you can immagine available!

Just to say it in one word: fantastic!!!! I really was in "heaven"
