Appetizer - Classic Nicoise Salad made with grilled herb marinated fresh tuna loin, sliced onions, steamed new potatoes, ripe cherry tomatoes, and marinated kalamata olives, drizzled with a lemon and caper vinaigrette.
Main Course - Marinated Lamb Loin dressed with a rich lamb jus, served with grilled baby aubergine sprinkled with cumin, seasonal roasted vegetables with fennel seeds, and minted vegetable quinoa.
Dessert - Carmel banana and pineapple tarte tatin upside dwon with tropical fruit served with a rich ducle de leche sauce and fresh strawberries.

The crew was beyond fantastic for such a short flight. Was my very first experience with EK and have to say the myth didn't really live up to it. Not as over the top or great as I thought it would be. Food was fine, and so was the wine list, but nothing special.
