and served with green asparagus rips and sun-dried tomatoes

Pan-Fried Seabass Fillet
Topped with leek and mustard cream sauce, served with tomato concasse,
buttered fresh broccoli, turned carrots, and herb mashed potatoes

Roasted Chicken with Ginger
Stir-fried chicken with ginger and spring onions on oyster sauce, served
with sugar snap peas, capsicum and black mushroom mix, accompanied with
egg fried rice

Entrée orders were also taken from back to front, but they were running short of the chicken entrée. Then the appetizer trolley rolled out… appetizers and dessert are all on the tray. Bread basket offers some nice warmed pita bread, as well as garlic bread, pretzel rolls, and soft rolls. Entrées were served next. For appetizers, I pick the seafood one with two shrimps and two scallops, and they are quite nice. Everything is fresh. For entrée, I have the vegetarian option, but it is a Chinese mixed vegetable dish and the beancurd roll is missing.
