Marinated artichokes with mushrooms, served with
stuffed vine leaves. Seasonal Salad served with a dressing. Paprika Chicken.
Tender braised chicken breast with paprika topping, served with roasted
potatoes and Mexican vegetable mixture. Cinnamon cake, bread, butter,
cheese and biscuits.
Lots of water.
Emirates meals are prepared according to the Halal method, no pork products are used. Emirates service and food are outstanding. The paprika chicken was delicious. One of the nice things about Emirates is small things such as cheese, chocolates and lots of waters. There was a second choice of grilled Hammour fillet, served with a pine seed and herb tomato sauce, accompanied with vermicelli rice.
