Creamy Chicken Korma with saffron rice and brocoli.

Compared to the generic Korma sauces you buy in UK supermarkets, this was very different in looks and taste. It was much hotter and spicier and darker in colour. Albeit, I liked the sauce. Chicken was a bit tough.
