preflight drinks with canapes starter - traditional arabic mezze with warm pitta bread main course - basmati and wild rice pilaf, with blanched Tofu and a tomato sauce dessert - cheese board or a white chocolate tart or mixed fruit salad

orange juice, water, wine and champagnes all available

tofu was extremely bland, and was out of place with the tomatoe sauce and the pilaf. Starter was great!
