Fruit Char – Crab and Potatoes salad, Lamb Byriani, White chocolate mousse and apple tart, cheese board

Vodka martini, Medoc Red Wine Fleur de champagne and Tea or Coffee

Fruit Char was interesting as fresh fruit with hint of masala spices. Byriani was great. Spicy, nice and hot. Dessert trolley shown to guests for choices and cheese and port completed excellent meal
