Food selection and quality were perfect and in my opinion everything fitted great for a red-eye flight - you get a decent selection of snacks for the night and a savoury breakfast before landing in the morning. I felt that I wasn't offered enough water during the flight - when I asked for more the crew seemed to be kind of annoyed.
