Really excellent lamb dish! It was also really popular in my section of economy. Mango Passion Fruit Mousse was too sweet for me. Dishes could have been heated more.

Equipment: I really like the portion size. The tray was a perfect fit for the table. Plastic silverware was stylish and functional.
