Appetiser: Baby Shrimps with Zucchini Salad Main Course: Arabian Lamb Machbous served with rice Desert and Chocolate: Chocolate Alcazar (Rich chocolate slice with raspberry coulis) Bread Roll and Butter.

Mineral Water, Tomato Juce with biscuits and Cream Tea

Rich and satisfying meal for a long flight. The only problem was that there were whole cardamoms in the lamb dish. It was quite irritating having to pick them out. Found 8 in total, the chocolate desert had a good contrast between an intense chocolate and a tangy raspberry taste.
