Dinner to start - I create my dinner based on the kitchen menu. I chose to start with the nice carrot soup, and then the shrimp salad, and trout entree. I ended with the crueme brulee. Amuse bouche was a grilled salmon and shrimp brochette with grilled vegetables skewer. Nice dinner
