I could not believe that EVA AIr will serve this meal for the next three months (till June 30, 2019). The Korean beef dish was not premium quality. The cut was bad and fatty! The sauce was decent but too bad the quality of beef was so bad. EVA Air needs to introduce more chance in food on these Taipei to Hong Kong/Macau flights. It is clear that EVA Air is cutting back on quality of food on these short haul business class flights.
