I love EVA Air's Ding Tai Fung's offering. I just wish they can find a way to serve more food in terms of quantity. I ate a heavy lunch but yet I could still finish this meal. Maybe they can add more noodles or more appetizers. Or add a bread course! The main course is stir fried pork and shrimp wonton in spicy sauce with noodles Soup is steamed beef soup. Dessert is Pastry with taro filling
