EVA Air is the only airline that offers a full hot meal served in tray at all times on the HKG to Taiwan flights. It is significantly nicer than those hot wraps offered by Cathay Pacific or Dragonair. Only one choice is available, which is stir fried pork in black pepper sauce with steamed rice. There is bag of snack mix and a cup of water on the tray. There is a juice box service - OJ, and then tea or coffee afterward
