Normal - Lunch (BR 2132) - Steamed vegetables (broccoli and carrots), Chicken with "Three Cup Sauce", Rice, A piece of melon and two pieces of apple, Japanese style red bean dessert, Japanese style cold noodles

Apple Juice

The entree (Japanese style cold noodles) were great with the nice soy sauce dressing. The sliced fruits and desserts were great too with the red bean dessert just right and not too sweet. The chicken was the problem. It was horrible and after one mouthful I couldn't have anymore. Although I didn't eat the main course, judging by the amount served, it was plentiful for lunch.
