Dinner
I had Western style for both meal services. [First meal service: dinner] (1) smoked salmon salad; (2) stir fried beef with green onion and rice; (3) assorted fruit; (4) respberry cheese cake with Kit Kat chocolate, cheese cracker, and bread roll [Mid-flight snack] sandwich with ham, cheese and lettuce [Second meal service: breakfast] western style: (1) tomato, smoked ham and cheese; (2) yogurt; (3) plain omelette with potato and mushroom; (4) cut orange and grapefruit, croissant with strawberry jam

Juice and tea

Actually not bad and everything was rather tasty. However, EVA Air's premium economy class is far from the services offered by other airlines (e.g. Air New Zealand).
