This was so nice, after eating 2.5 weeks of American food. Some veggies and a little spice were exactly what I needed. Nice and light, but filling. The Mexican style quinoa salad was delightful, I could have happily eaten that as the main meal. One of the kids took the chocolate mousse so I didn’t get to try it!
