breakfast - Rice, sauteed veggies, fillet of fish with curry sauce, sliced of fresh fruit, bread, butter, jam, chilli sauce and water container

Plain water (other option including juice and soda)

The fillet of fish is a bit chewy, but curry sauce is tasty. So I mostly ate rice with the curry sauce.
