Pre-lunch canapes with Rose champagne – the Billecart Salmon Brut Rose.
Fresh break rolls.
Starters: tender yakitori chicken and spiced crusted tuna loin with rocket leaves and kewpie mayonnaise.
Main: snapper fillet with Indonesian Gulai sauce, fluffy steamed rice and sautéed baby eggplant with chilli.
Dessert: Cheese and crackers, and baked lemon tart with fresh fruit.
Coffee/tea and chocolates.

The starters were light and very nicely prepared, the chicken especially was delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked – rice was indeed fluffy and the sauce really made the dish. The cheeses were from King Island and Gippsland and were very nice – the only downside was the crackers which were still in the wrapper. The lemon tart was delicious and the fresh fruit washed everyone done nicely.
