My flight to Bngkok started with " Air dried beef and Pomelo Salad " WoW!! I have to say grapefruit salad very tasty.The Sweet and Sour of Fruit get along with a mild spicy and smoke beef slice is superb!!! Followed with Main Course. Actually I would like to order Pan Fried red Snapper but my choice of meal is not available so i not hesitate to try "Thai Beef Curry with Rice" The Curry not too spicy but have a good taste for Chinese and Western passenger I choose Cheese cake served with Mix Berry for a dessret.Oh i don't know how can find an extremely delicious cheescake on the ground.The sweet of can and Sour of Mix Berries Sauce plus Hot Creamy Tea Hmmm...Perfect!!! And Last... Pol Roger Brut Vintage Champagne 1996 I have to say Pol Roger is one of The Greatest champagne house this 1996 Vintage shows all the hallmarks of a truly outstanding year.It is intensely and exquisitely rich,with Peach and Vanilla Fruitiness underlying great acidity
