Coconut rice with lentils and peas in Indian style
masala. Cardamom chicken and chapatti. Cubes of vegetables. Kulfi for
dessert. Very tasty, but the chapatti was too hard. The vegetables was
without seasoning - perhaps an optional french dressing would do nicely.
Except for the chicken the vegetarian version of the meal was absolutely
identical.
Water, laban/ayran (delicious salty youghurt drink) and wine.
Tasted absolutely Indian - no blandness here!
